| Participants of Esophageal Motility Workshop should bring your own laptop which meets the following specifications: 1. i5 CPU: The laptop must have at least an Intel Core i5 processor, ensuring efficient processing and multitasking capabilities. 2. 8GB RAM (Memory): It should be equipped with a minimum of 8 gigabytes of RAM, providing enough memory to run applications smoothly and handle multitasking without slowdowns. 3. 1GB or More Hard Drive Space: The laptop should have a hard disk drive (HDD) or solid-state drive (SSD) with a capacity of 1 gigabyte or more. 4. Windows 10 Operating System: The laptop must run on the Windows 10 operating system. |

Note:
- Participants are strongly requested to register for the congress individually via the Online Registration System.
- If you fail to receive the registration confirmation email after completing the online registration, please contact the ANMA 2023 Secretariat before you try to register again. Please note that sign up as a member DOES NOT constitute registration for the congress.
- Registration is only valid upon receipt of full payment. Registration Acknowledgement will be sent to you via email within three days after a completion of your on-line registration. The confirmation of registration will be sent via email within 3 weeks upon clearance of payment.
- The presenter must complete all registration process and all the payment before 23:59 (GMT+8), October 05, 2023.
- To be entitled to the early registration reduced rates, payment must be completed before October 05, 2023.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent in writing to ANMA 2023 Registration & Abstract Submission Office (anma2023.reg@elitepco.com.tw)
- Refunds will be made after the end of ANMA 2023.
- All bank charges occurred during transaction will be registrants’ responsibility

In the event of cancellation of the Congress all pre-paid fees will be refunded in full. INSURANCE
Participants are advised to take care of their own travel and medical insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions as the Congress does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to their belongings.
